Custom Van Blockout Blinds
This customer supplied heavy duty magnets and insulation, and we custom made a set of removable blockout blinds for the rear doors of their van. Each blind was designed to provide privacy, insulation and light reduction while remaining easy to install and remove.
To make the most of the available space, we also incorporated a convenient storage pocket with an integrated drink bottle holder, adding a practical touch for life on the road.

Custom Caravan Drawbar Storage Cover
This custom drawbar cover was manufactured for an MDC caravan to help protect equipment stored at the front of the van, including gas bottles, water filters and fuel containers.
Made from Aquatica Marine Hooding, the cover was tailored to fit the caravan's existing storage area, providing protection from weather, road grime and UV exposure while travelling and when parked up.
A practical addition that helps keep essential gear clean, protected and ready for the next adventure.
Caravan Cushion Recovery
These caravan seat cushions were given a fresh new look with a complete recovery in Pacifica fabric, transforming the interior with a bright, modern finish.
The existing cushions were stripped, re-patterned and recovered to suit the original seating layout, providing a durable and comfortable solution designed for life on the road.
A simple upgrade that made a big difference, refreshing the living space and giving the caravan a clean, updated feel.
Custom Front Mounted Bike Cover
Transporting bikes on the front of a caravan exposes them to dust, rain, road grime and harsh UV conditions. To help protect this customer's bikes while travelling, we custom-made a cover from Nara Poly Cotton 10oz Canvas.
The cover was intentionally designed with a slightly relaxed fit, making it easy to fit and remove while still providing excellent protection. Because the bike rack featured a central support pole, we incorporated two separate zips that meet in the middle, allowing the cover to be installed easily around the existing structure.
Webbing straps and side-release buckles were added to allow the cover to be cinched down securely for travel, helping keep everything protected on the road.

Custom Caravan Draft Skirt
This custom caravan draft skirt was manufactured to help create a more comfortable and enclosed outdoor living area while camping.
Designed specifically for the customer's setup, the skirt features a zippered opening for the caravan steps, allowing easy access in and out of the van, as well as a separate zip opening for convenient access to the gas fitting.
To ensure everything worked together seamlessly, the eyelets were carefully positioned to align with the customer's existing mesh flooring, allowing both products to be pegged down together. The skirt was also designed to connect to the customer's inflatable fence system, creating a fully enclosed area around the caravan.
